Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are the MeetCurtains brand: headquartered in Shanghai, with long-term strategic and capacity agreements with several professional factories in Keqiao, Shaoxing, and our own QC team on site. You get factory-direct prices plus the brand's curation, on-site quality control, export documents, road freight (China–Kazakhstan) logistics and after-sales service — which is also why we'll be able to supply fabrics, ready-made curtains and smart curtains side by side in the future. All products are delivered under the MeetCurtains brand.
Why aren't wholesale prices shown on the website?
To protect your retail margin, wholesale prices are only open to approved curtain shops; home customers and city partners each see their own price system. One product SKU — three roles, three price tiers.
What are the MOQs? Can I place a trial order first?
MOQs differ by category and are always stated in the official quotation. First-time wholesale customers can start with a small trial order, and we include a free swatch card and Russian selling-point cards — confirm quantities with our team.
Who handles shipping and customs clearance?
We help arrange export customs declaration in China and road freight (China–Kazakhstan) direct to Almaty / Astana and other cities; after arrival you can pick up the goods or have them delivered to your shop. Compliance documents for destination-country clearance are prepared per local regulations with our assistance; specific documents and responsibilities follow the contract.
Can products carry our own brand?
Yes. Branded hang tags, bags and care labels are supported; MOQs are negotiated separately — ask our team about sampling.
