MeetCurtains is an independent brand: headquartered in Shanghai, with long-term strategic partnerships with several professional factories in Keqiao, Shaoxing, our own QC team on site, and every product delivered under the MeetCurtains brand.
Why we don't call ourselves a "factory"
A brand, not a middleman
We sign strategic and capacity agreements directly with professional factories and develop styles together — no wholesale layers in the price — while the brand handles curation, quality control, documents, logistics and after-sales.
Our own QC team on site
Our QC team is stationed at the production base, inspecting every batch from incoming yarn to container loading, with photo and video records — failing batches never ship.
One brand, several specialized factories
Fabrics, sewing and hardware are produced by factories with different specialties. Future new categories such as smart electric curtains will be onboarded with new specialized factories to the same standard.
Four QC checkpoints, fully documented
Incoming yarn inspection
Each yarn batch is sampled for strength and colorfastness; failures are returned immediately.
Weaving patrol checks
The on-site QC team patrols the looms on a schedule; broken warp or weft is fixed on the spot.
Full fabric inspection
Every roll passes through the fabric-inspection machine; defects are flagged and deducted.
Shipment records
Container loading is filmed in video and photos, shared with the customer for the file.
Factory visits welcome: Shanghai first, then the base
We're confident in our supply chain and welcome customers to visit in person. Visits are by appointment, arranged and accompanied by the MeetCurtains team throughout.
- Step 1: Review samples, discuss plans and terms at the Shanghai brand HQ
- Step 2: After signing the visitor NDA, the brand team accompanies you to the Keqiao, Shaoxing base (about 3 hours by car from Shanghai)
- Tour the production lines, QC and container-loading areas; all business contact goes through the brand team
- Specific base information and factory names are disclosed to customers after signing, per the agreement
Real footage from the base
Footage of workshops, fabric inspection, the warehouse and container loading is updated regularly. Factory names and contact details never appear in the videos, so you can still "tour the factory" remotely.

Send us a sample or a Pantone reference; we produce samples within the agreed timeframe and arrange bulk production after confirmation. You can also pick styles from our catalog under your brand.
